4. What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in is typically from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
5. Is late check-out available?Yes, late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and an extra charge. Please contact our reception desk upon arrival.
6. How many days do I have to cancel my reservation?Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate and booking conditions. 8. Do you offer Honeymoon packages?Yes. We offer three honeymoon packages:
HONEYMOON PACKAGE No 1 (for free)
To enjoy this free offer, inform the hotel up to 14 days before your arrival and present a copy of your wedding certificate (dated within the last 4 months) at the Front Desk. This offer applies for minimum 2 night stay in any accommodation.
HONEYMOON PACKAGE No 2 (with an additional cost)

Transfers & Transportation
9. Do you offer transfer services?Yes, we provide transfer services to and from Chania and Heraklion airports to our resort at an additional charge.

10. Is parking available at the hotel?Yes, we offer on-site parking free of charge for all hotel guests. Pre-reservation is not needed.

11. Do you offer free Wi-Fi?Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and common areas.
12. Can I store my luggage at the hotel?Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for guests before check-in and after check-out.
13. Do you have a fitness corner?Yes, our hotel features a light gym including treadmills, a bicycle, an elliptical, weights and a multi-gym machine, available to guests at no extra charge.
14. What activities are offered at the hotel?We offer a variety of free activities including Ping Pong, Zumba, Yoga, Stretching, Aqua Aerobic, Darts, Boccia, and access to an adults’ pool. Guests can also use the Padel Court at our sister hotel Mythos Palace Resort & Spa (200m away), with equipment available upon request.
15. What is the difference between Half Board and All Inclusive?Half Board includes breakfast and dinner in buffet style at our main restaurant. All-Inclusive includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, as well as a wide variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at all our restaurants and bars.

16. Can I request a baby cot in my room?Yes, baby cots are available upon request free of charge. Please request these when making your reservation to ensure availability.
17. What baby facilities does your hotel provide?For our youngest guests we have baby cot, kettle, baby bath, baby
phone, food blender, bottle warmer, bottle sterilizer, kid’s toilet and babysitting(chargeable), stroller and bed rail, upon request, at the reception desk, upon arrival.

18. Do you provide baby food or facilities for preparing baby meals?Yes, we can prepare baby food upon request. Our front desk team will connect you with our Maître and Chef for assistance. We also provide a kettle, bottle warmer, and bottle sterilizer upon request.
19. Does the hotel offer babysitting services?Yes, babysitting services are available upon request at an additional cost.
20. Is there a kids' club at the hotel, and what are the age requirements?Eliros Mare Hotel provides a Mini Club for our little guests. The Mini Club is aimed at children from 4 until 12 years old. It is fully equipped and secure area with qualified and responsible staff parental attendance is required. Moreover, it includes a special section with a pool for children, depth 0,50m, so that they can enjoy playing in the water. (supervision of a parent is required).
